Services
Due to the nature of our cybersecurity services (VAPT, Consulting, etc.), which involve significant manual effort and expert time, we generally do not offer refunds once the service engagement has commenced.
However, if you cancel a service request before the scheduled start date and before any preliminary work has been performed, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Training & Workshops
For training programs:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made within 3-6 days will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours will not receive a refund.
Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error or are unsatisfied with the quality of service, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 14 days of the transaction. We handle such cases on an individual basis.
